Job Title: Chief Medical Imaging Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Imaging Technologist to lead our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) Radiation Licence, as well as proven leadership experience in a medium to large size clinic.

In this role, you will drive staff engagement initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and promote collaboration, motivation, and retention. You will also work closely with senior staff to plan and manage the daily workforce requirements and provide quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery and Operations Management: Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise the day-to-day management and operations of the clinic.
  • Maintenance of High Professional Standards: Perform routine and specialized medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards.
  • Staff Engagement and Culture: Drive staff engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Workforce Planning and Management: Work closely with senior staff to plan and manage the daily workforce requirements.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Provide quality improvement initiatives and review and refine work practices.
