- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to understand system specifications and prepare test plans and scenarios for SIT, Regression, and UAT.
- Prepare and execute manual test scripts, identify and track defects using the test management tool.
- Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and defect summaries to stakeholders.
- Lead a team of testers or junior analysts when required.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in software testing.
- Familiarity with API testing and proficiency in SQL/Postgres for database validation.
- Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Willingsness to learn automation when needed.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Awareness of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience working within the healthcare sector is highly regarded.
- Ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
