Job Title: Portfolio Compliance Manager

The role of Portfolio Compliance Manager plays a vital part in the Portable Long Service Authority, responsible for leading and managing a team of compliance professionals.

Key responsibilities include ensuring team members possess the technical knowledge, skills, and support to deliver outcomes in line with the Compliance Strategy.

This is an important position within the Authority, requiring strong leadership skills, including effective supervision and development of staff, resulting in high-quality and timely compliance outcomes.

Experience in leading a Compliance function in a regulatory environment is essential. Demonstrated high-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex issues, develop and implement strategies, and provide guidance to team members.

About the Role:

This is a critical role in the Authority's mission to ensure eligible workers can build up long service benefits based on time in their industry, rather than with a single employer.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading a compliance or investigation function in a regulatory environment.
