Commercial Property Management Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the commercial property portfolio in Bendigo, Australia.

  • Manage and maintain the commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
  • Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews to minimize disruption and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments, to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed to maintain properties in good condition.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
