Maternity Leave Cover Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple early childhood education centres in the South West Sydney region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in operations, compliance, and staff support across centres.

This is a maternity leave cover position, providing an opportunity for a seasoned leader to take on new challenges and contribute to our organisation's continued success.

  • Job Description:
  • To ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple centres, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to children and families.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to centre teams, promoting a positive and collaborative culture that supports the growth and development of all staff members.
  • To maintain strong relationships with Centre Directors and other key stakeholders, working collaboratively to achieve organisational goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Support and guide centre teams by assisting with staffing needs, conducting regular appraisals, and ensuring thorough inductions for new team members.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide continuous training, mentorship, and development opportunities to help centre teams succeed.
  • Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits across centres, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the Assessment and Rating (A&R) process to maintain high standards.
  • Regulatory & Licensing Compliance: Ensure centres meet regulatory and licensing requirements, policies, and procedures for a safe environment.
