About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

  • Collaborate with Campus Directors to drive campus-wide initiatives and ensure compliance and safety across campus operations
  • Lead your floor team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to support educators in achieving their full potential
  • Foster trusted relationships with families by communicating effectively and being approachable
  • Contribute to creating a culture of learning, care, and inclusion within the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and organizational standards
About You

We are looking for a confident and collaborative leader who is passionate about early childhood education and has a proven track record of delivering results.

  • Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Possess at least 2-3 years' experience in leadership or Room Leader roles, with a strong understanding of NQF and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills, with a proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
