Job Title:

Electronic Document Management Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of electronic documents within an organization. The Electronic Document Management System (EDRMS) Administrator will oversee system administration, provide second-level technical support to users, and conduct user acceptance testing for enhancements and upgrades.

  • System Administration: Provide technical support, manage quality assurance activities, and maintain system integrity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to promote the use of EDRMS.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to identify and address EDRMS-related issues and ensure compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. EDRMS Administration:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the EDRMS by providing second-level technical support and conducting regular maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical issues related to the EDRMS.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security.

2. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the EDRMS.

• Create training materials, including user guides, manuals, and online tutorials.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

3. Advisory and Quality Assurance:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on EDRMS best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the EDRMS.

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
