Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage the application of our reward frameworks, leading a team in BAU reward delivery and project work.

This role is responsible for managing the annual remuneration review through management of a multi-disciplinary project group as well as directly owning specific reward-based elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of the annual remuneration review by managing a multi-disciplinary project group and owning specific reward-based elements.
  • Guide leaders across the organization in making effective reward decisions through sound judgement, experience, and consulting capability.
  • Continually explore opportunities for adapting and iterating our reward, recognition and benefits frameworks to optimize talent outcomes.
  • Partner with colleagues to develop recommendations for change to our reward frameworks from ideation, consultation, design, and approvals.
  • Author papers on remuneration outcomes and practice for presentation to various stakeholders.
  • Build awareness of our reward approach and practices across all colleagues, aligning expectations with Fund practice and overall lifting engagement on reward.
  • Enhance and maintain risk controls for reward and reward related outcomes and manage incident remediations.
  • Work directly with leaders and stakeholders to ensure their reward needs are monitored and continually considered in the design and application of programs.
  • Manage and deliver reporting on reward outcomes and reward and talent risk to senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
