We are seeking a
Project Delivery Lead, Museums & Experience
to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the project lifecycle for our clients, who range from government agencies and non-profits to private enterprises. You'll work closely with our talented Creative, Design, AV, and Production teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you will do:

  • Lead project delivery:
    Take ownership of complex museum and experience centre projects from Detailed design phase through fabrication to installation. This includes developing and managing comprehensive project plans, estimating and quoting, overseeing external suppliers, and coordinating with all internal and external teams.
  • Manage budgets and estimates:
    Create accurate project cost estimates and detailed quotes, track project costs throughout the lifecycle, and ensure projects are delivered within budget to meet GP% targets.
  • Build strong relationships:
    Act as the central point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members. You'll be responsible for clear, proactive communication, managing expectations, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee production and installation:
    Prepare work orders, manage logistics, and coordinate with third-party suppliers and installation teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality final product.
  • Drive continuous improvement:
    Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and help us refine our processes for future projects.

Who you are:

  • Experienced:
    You have a proven track record in project management, ideally within the shopfitting or residential construction sectors. You're familiar with various methodologies like Agile and Lean.
  • Collaborative:
    You believe that great work is a team effort. You're a natural problem solver and are comfortable "rolling up your sleeves" to help the team succeed.
  • Communicator:
    You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project objectives, timelines, and expectations to diverse groups.
  • Organised and detail-oriented:
    You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and pay close attention to the small details that make a big difference.
  • Tech-savvy:
    You're proficient in project management software (experience with Smartsheet is a plus).
