Assistant Director of Rooms Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Group Operations, Housekeeping, Bell Desk, Regency Club Lounge, and Concierge.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure efficient operations and effective cost management.
- Mentor and develop department managers to achieve their full potential.
- Actively engage with colleagues throughout the division to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a large 5-star hotel.
- Proven ability to improve and maintain guest satisfaction scores.
- Experience managing hygiene certification requirements.
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or relevant qualification.
- Proven ability to respond to emergency and crisis situations.
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $100,000.
