Rooms Admin Manager

At W Hotels, we're looking for a talented Rooms Admin Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Engineering department to ensure guestroom maintenance needs are met and schedules are optimized.
  • Oversee stock counts and inventories to maintain efficient operations.
  • Coordinate supply orders and staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
  • Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently, and disciplinary procedures are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures.
  • Observe and provide feedback on service behaviors to talent.
  • Utilize on-the-job training tools to ensure departments are equipped to train new talent and identify new training needs.
  • Assist in the auditioning and hiring of talent with the appropriate skills.
  • Support departmental orientation programs to ensure new hires receive the necessary training.
  • Coordinate with departments for group movements, credit management, and gatekeeping of PM accounts.
  • Participate in the management of controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Understand the impact of department operations on overall property financial goals and objectives.
  • Comprehend budgets and operating statements to support invoice payments to contractors.
  • Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
  • Strive to improve service performance and drive Marriott Bonvoy activities.
  • Gatekeep department incentive programs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
