About the Role

MILKRUN is revolutionizing the grocery game by delivering fresh produce and thousands of Australia's favorite brands in minutes. As a Product Manager, Delivery Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the delivery experience part of the business.
  • Partner with the Design and Engineering teams to create seamless user experiences and build next-gen products that directly impact our customers' lives.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather feedback, identify user problems, and turn them into actionable solutions.
  • Drive outcomes for customers by sharing information across teams and creating trust with stakeholders and MILKRUN leaders through proactive communication.
  • Be data-informed and self-serve the right metrics for yourself and your team to look at.

Requirements

  • Product Management experience building internal tools for operational excellence for internal teams.
  • Previous operations experience in eCommerce products (e.g. product catalog, recommendations, shopping cart, etc.) is a plus.
  • A knack for understanding the minimum product that allows a team to ship, learn, and iterate.
  • A chameleon-like ability to flex your communication style depending on your audience.
  • An understanding of the importance of great UX, even for internal tooling.
  • The ability to step back and look at different ways of solving a problem, exploring process and people solutions along with tech solutions to find the fastest path to success.
