Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Deliver tailored skincare consultations to identify client needs and preferences
  • Recommend Dermalogica products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing skincare routines
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product recommendations, and sales data
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (or working towards)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing professional development
