Quality Assurance Specialist

Our laboratory requires a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure high-quality products meet our standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality checks on milk samples, operating laboratory equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Perform routine laboratory functions to guarantee compliance with quality regulations.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to product quality.
  • Maintain, implement, and monitor laboratory quality systems and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a scientific or related discipline (Food Science preferred).
  • Experience working in a microbiology or chemical lab beneficial.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience in SAP or similar software highly regarded.
  • Commitment to making safety a priority and leading a safety-first culture within the team and across the site.
