About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
