Job Overview

We are seeking Food and Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to theatre guests. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with warm professional service before shows and during intermissions
  • Serve drinks, snacks, and light meals with flair and efficiency
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure service areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented at all times
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
Requirements
  • A friendly can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Police Clearance (essential)
  • Valid RSA Certificate (essential)
  • Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Some customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right people
