Café Barista

Perth Airport is now seeking talented individuals to join its vibrant bars, cafes, and restaurants as Food and Beverage Attendants. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to craft quality food and beverages, provide exceptional service, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

This role involves taking on various responsibilities across multiple outlets, including bartending, serving food and beverages, crafting quality coffee, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience. Our ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service in bar operations and general dining areas
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
• Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining, and service areas
• Be well-versed in daily menu offerings and offer recommendations to accommodate dietary needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
• Well-versed in coffee making or with barista experience
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Experience in cash handling
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
