Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in our operations.
Responsibilities- Provide process engineering support and technical expertise to departments in process issues, ensuring efficient commercialization of products.
- Develop knowledge amongst senior leaders and shop floor employees on Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN methodologies.
- Pillar lead for TPM Pillar streams of work, focusing on Focused Improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify current gaps and opportunities for improvements, driving cost savings and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred; Food Science or applicable trade experience with relevant production/engineering background.
- Sound working knowledge of plant operations, packaging, and processing equipment engineering.
- Experience in TPM/LEAN, with excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Candidates should have a strong foundation in process engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
