About the Role

VMCH is seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a key part in managing and optimising our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters, coordinating support worker schedules, and handling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient rostering systems to ensure timely client service delivery.
  • Coordinate support worker schedules to meet client needs and organisational requirements.
  • Handle unallocated shifts and communicate effectively with support workers.
  • Ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers.
  • Assist support workers with client queries, manage customer service requests, and adhere to risk management and quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with rostering software applications.
  • Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care sector.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules.
  • High-level of interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
