Rostering and Operations Coordinator

Securecorp is seeking an experienced Rostering and Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Brisbane. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements, providing operations support to internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating training and site-specific inductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule rosters for a large number of hours over a site portfolio
  • Maintain and schedule rosters according to contractual requirements
  • Provide operations support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate training and site-specific inductions
  • Arrange staff for ADHOC Shift coverage

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be favored
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Experience in rostering systems, Kronos will be highly regarded
  • High level of written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to establish priorities, manage tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in coordinating rosters
  • Exceptional customer service, problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the square
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to think logically, interpret, assess, analyse, and review critical information and issues and provide clear and succinct solutions
  • Ability to exercise initiative, be proactive and have a 'can-do' attitude
  • Thorough attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of workforce rostering requirements or previous experience in workforce planning within the Security Industry will be highly regarded
