Chiller Maintenance Specialist

This role involves the maintenance, service, and commissioning of Trane and other brand chiller plants, air handling units, and unitary air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial HVAC chillers, hold a trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, and possess a current restricted electrical license. They should also be familiar with A/C maintenance and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of complex cooling systems.
- Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot issues to prevent system downtime.
- Implement safety protocols to minimize risks during work.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Trade certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Current restricted Electrical License.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in A/C maintenance and installations.
- Good time management and customer service skills.
