Commercial Chiller Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional technical support as part of a team responsible for carrying out operational, maintenance and repair works on commercial chillers and HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams on product features and applications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments related to commercial chillers and HVAC equipment.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and product manuals.
- Remain up to date on the latest service bulletins and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
- Support product development initiatives by gathering feedback and insights from the field and customers.
- Oversee a team of technical specialists responsible for commercial chiller installation, service and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to resolve complex technical issues.
