Job Description

This role is a key part of our technical services team, providing exceptional support for customers and internal teams in Perth.

Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, you will serve as a technical expert and first local point of contact for Trane chiller products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing guidance to customers and internal teams on product features and applications.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor offerings related to Trane products.
  • Assisting in the development of equipment condition reports, technical documentation, and product manuals.
  • Overseeing a team of technical specialists responsible for Trane chiller product installation, service and maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience/exposure to commercial HVAC chillers, trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, valid driver's license, construction induction card (white card), current ARC license, experience in A/C maintenance and installations of all types, good time management and customer service skills, technical competence, ability and confidence to work alone and in team environments, positive and proactive approach to safety.
