**Job Title:** Aps 6 Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical services to eligible clients, including risk assessment and intervention, intake and referral, and evidence-based individual single session counseling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Undertake various shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week, providing high-quality clinical services to eligible clients.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical practice policy, including the mandated use of specific clinical forms/templates.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services, including risk assessment and intervention, referral, evidence-based individual, couple, and family counseling, and case management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A current Working with Vulnerable People registration or an ability to obtain one.
  • A current Working with Children check.
  • Qualifications as a registered Psychologist/Occupational Therapist/Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration or
  • A Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) on commencement, or
  • A Masters-level counseling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counselor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4.

**Benefits:**

This is a merit-based position, and the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 23 months. A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
