Clinical Facilitator Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Facilitator to support the delivery of clinical training. This role will be responsible for educating, mentoring and supporting care staff to deliver high-quality care.

  • Educate and mentor care staff on best practices and procedures.
  • Identify clinical gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and implement in-house training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  • Develop and maintain an online library of training resources.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff development.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Registered Nurse within aged care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • National Police and NDIS clearances.
  • Up-to-date flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations.
