We are seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team across various healthcare facilities in Australia.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety and excellence.
- Administer medications, perform clinical tasks, and monitor patient progress effectively.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and infection control standards.
- Current and valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Relevant nursing qualifications (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and patient care excellence is expected.
