The Team

The Role

This Senior Associate / Special Counsel opportunity will involve defending a variety of claims brought against directors, officers, and companies, as well as professionals in the construction, financial services, property, and allied health industries. The role includes litigating liability claims involving non-personal injury cases.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in defendant insurance litigation
  • Strong commercial litigation background with a desire to pursue defendant insurance work
  • Personal injury litigation experience with a willingness to explore liability claims involving professionals and property damage
  • Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional client service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capacity and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners
