The Role

As a Catering Assistant with The Clifford Wallace Agency, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the preparation of high-quality food and beverages in one of our esteemed client's cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Assist with food preparation, including the preparation of light meals, sandwiches, and beverages.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including washing dishes and adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Support the team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Working Rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience as a Catering Assistant or Café All-rounder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
