The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant with The Clifford Wallace Agency, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting chefs with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with food preparation, including peeling and chopping ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment, including dishwashers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen goals
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
