About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience through efficient checkout processes and friendly interactions.

Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Filling balloons and creating balloon arrangements (training provided)
  • Restocking shelves with merchandise and maintaining store displays
  • Packing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answering phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
