Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through outstanding product knowledge and customer service.

The Role:

  • You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • You will contribute to maintaining a shoppable environment by ensuring the shopfloor is neat and tidy and the store is set up for promotions and sales.
  • You will work collaboratively with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • You will demonstrate strong product knowledge and be able to research and describe product features and benefits.
  • You will support the store leadership team in executing assigned tasks in line with business expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • You must have a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers.
  • You should have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
