Business Partner Job Opportunity

Shape and deliver a health, safety, and wellbeing strategy that fosters a culture of excellence.

  • Develop and implement safe work procedures and compliance frameworks that ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Design engaging safety and wellbeing training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate proactive health and wellbeing initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, embedding best-practice systems, and driving a culture where employees feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Experience across office-based and/or site-based safety environments is essential, with a strong focus on investigations, risk management, and safety systems.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities are necessary to drive results and build trust with stakeholders.

A passion for embedding safety and wellbeing into workplace culture is required, as well as a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
