Job Overview

This role is a key contributor to our global mobility operations, focused on delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end mobility tax solutions, managing cross-border strategy and innovation, and offering tax reporting and governance expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs, with strong client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level assignees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Mobility Tax Solutions: Deliver comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.

Requirements:

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
