Mainframe Business Strategist

This role focuses on driving business outcomes through expertise in Mainframes. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject-matter expertise and thought leadership to position the company against competitors.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality deliverables and recommendations using relevant best practices, working independently or as part of a collaborative team environment.
  2. Identify additional product sales and professional services opportunities, assist in solution and proposal development, respond to customer requests for information, and participate in relevant business capture initiatives.
  3. Assist Sales with renewals by understanding the value of the solutions to the customer's business and alignment with the license model.
  4. Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with market, industry, and technology trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Mainframes, capable of resolving a wide range of issues creatively with minimal supervision and daily decision-making.
  • 12+ years of detailed technical industry-related experience, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build relationships and exceed customer expectations with dignity and respect.
  • Knowledge of Broadcom Mainframe solutions and how to apply them to meet customer needs.
