Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend tailored solutions that meet the customer's strategic objectives and technical needs.
  • Design and configure voice gateways, SBCs, analogue phone devices, Teams meeting rooms, and integration of associated contact center solutions.
  • Formulate migration plans to facilitate a seamless shift from traditional systems to Microsoft Teams Voice.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design and execution adhere to security norms, regulatory requirements, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a relevant Information Technology role with experience designing Microsoft Teams Voice and transformation of legacy voice solutions.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Productivity Solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels up to CxO level.
  • Strong team and autonomous working with an outcome-oriented approach.
  • Active AGSVA NV1 Clearance.
