The Albatross Health Centre is a unique and dynamic clinical environment that offers a range of challenges and opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing medical advice and guidance to the Health Centre manager and other clinical staff
- Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in quality and governance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of Defence personnel and their families.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent leadership and communication skills
- Is a registered medical practitioner with current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Has a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent
- Has postgraduate qualifications in health management or a commitment to working towards same
