About the Opportunity

Bupa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team at the Albatross Health Centre in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality health services to Defence Force personnel and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical advice and guidance to the Health Centre manager and other stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and experience

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have a strong background in medicine and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Requirements:

  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a medical practitioner in Australia with AHPRA
  • A Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Vocational Registration
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Health Management (Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Masters, PhD or Doctorate) or commitment to working toward same (Bupa supported fees)
