We're seeking a Systems Integration Architect to join our team working on modernising and streamlining critical business systems.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating seamless connections between platforms like CRM, ERP, Finance, and HRIS.

  • Support the development of an overall integration strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, efficient system integrations.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy, stability, and performance across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, working across teams to identify root causes and apply long-term fixes.
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation for integration processes and data flows.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
  • Deep understanding of integration design patterns and APIs.
  • Proven ability to integrate core business systems, such as CRM, ERP (Practice Management), and Finance platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
