Freight Coordinator Role

This is a challenging career opportunity that requires an experienced and reliable individual to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be required to sort freight, collect freight from aircraft, load and unload freighters as part of a team, and deliver animals and urgent freight in the Cairns and North Qld area as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and work airside and in the shed at Cairns Airport sorting freight.
  • Load and unload freighters as part of a team.
  • Deliver animals and urgent freight in the Cairns and North Qld area as needed.
Requirements:
  • Forklift ticket and driver's license are mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must undergo a drug and alcohol test and security background checks for an Aviation ASIC Pass.
  • Permanent Residency status is required for this permanent role.
