At CoAct, we are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team as an Apprenticeship Delivery Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end services linking local WA businesses with apprentices/trainees. This includes overseeing the sign-up process between employers, registered training organisations, and our apprentices/trainees.

We are looking for someone who can identify and capitalise on apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities, demonstrating a strong understanding of how these opportunities benefit local employers and the economy.

This role involves being on-the-road, presenting and representing at various forums, and managing day-to-day operations with a primary focus on meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

As an Apprenticeship Delivery Specialist, you will have full control over your region, working independently while receiving support and guidance from your manager and wider team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound experience delivering in a sales environment
  • Ability to work to/exceed KPIs
  • Interest in mentoring youth into sustainable employment
  • Genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life through employment
  • Understanding of how diversity and inclusion initiatives can be applied in the workplace
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Valid and open Australian Driver's Licence
