The ideal candidate will have strong BA skills in functional HR transformation projects with experience working in a global, matrix environment and proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.

  • Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:
