We are seeking a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team in Hemmant, Queensland. The successful candidate will work on maintaining accurate and reliable inventory records.

Key responsibilities of this role include compiling and maintaining records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, investigating claims and accounts administration within the facility.

Other key tasks include locating products to ensure correct product ID, conducting cycle counts regularly, and assisting in physical inventories. The ideal candidate will also manage data related to receiving, storing, issuing, and releasing products for/from the facility.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key skills/experience required for this role include experience with operation of inventory systems, procedures, and operational practices. You should also have experience with planning and executing stocktakes, as well as liaising with customers regarding inventory processes.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality, as well as excellent customer service and time management skills.
