About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Web Engineering Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of web developers, designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications using modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Flutter. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of web development principles, experience working with agile methodologies, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of web developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient web architectures
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following industry best practices
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally and personally
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, preferably with a focus on frontend technologies
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React and Angular
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
