About the Role

The Assistant Head School Improvement will play a key role in supporting the development of schools and leaders within the Diocese. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and strategic thinker to join our team and contribute to the growth and improvement of our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of school improvement plans and strategies
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to school leaders and teachers
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve student outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and achievement
  • Active NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead (level E)
  • Project Management certification (desirable)
  • Change Management certification (desirable)
