As a Career Coach, you will support clients through the job-readiness journey, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their aspirations. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their goals, strengths, and support needs, providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide individualized coaching and guidance to help clients prepare for employment and overcome barriers.
  • Connect clients with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities to enhance their employability.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
Key Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
