Overview

Senior Project Manager role at Peoplebank. LeadersIT, a division of Peoplebank, is partnering with a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation shaping governance and public impact across Australia. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Technology Transformation Project, building the operational foundation to scale, innovate, and deliver greater impact.

The Role

This is a high-visibility, end-to-end project leadership role where you will:

  • Drive the delivery of multiple technology workstreams, including HRIS, Finance, Project Management, and stakeholder engagement platforms.
  • Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and seamless system implementation.
  • Own project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and track milestones to success.
  • Champion change management, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
About You
  • 7–10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven success with large-scale system implementations (HRIS, Finance, CRM, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor governance, and navigating complex environments.
  • Experience in fast-paced, purpose-driven, or not-for-profit settings is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
