As a Change Management Consultant at Elabor8, you will play a critical role in driving transformation initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions for our clients. If you have a passion for driving change and ensuring successful outcomes, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Align with our Change Management Framework to address the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies to meet our clients' business objectives.
- Guide Senior Leaders and Executives: Support them in fulfilling their critical role as change management sponsors and help people leaders as they guide their teams through change.
- Create and Support Change Agent Networks: Integrate change management activities within Change Agents areas, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Drive Active Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Change Initiatives: Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Embody Continuous Improvement: Feedback into the continuous improvement of change management practices at Elabor8.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
- Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Flexibility to manage both large-scale organizational transformation changes and the implementation of smaller change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
