About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and heart-based individual to join our exceptional team. If you're eager, driven, and love learning, with a passion for patient care and making a difference, we want you to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly and skillfully manage inbound communications via phone, web, and social media.
- Professionally and responsibly maintain a responsive and efficient schedule for multiple practitioners.
- Sensitively handle enquiries.
- Welcoming and farewelling patients and their families with friendliness and warmth.
- Tactfully and discretely manage payments and financial plan arrangements.
About You
You are experienced, driven, and passionate about providing an amazing patient experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, master multi-taking, time management, and working autonomously. Your high level of enthusiasm and ability to build great relationships makes you an ideal fit for our team.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working front desk/reception.
- A people person.
- Loves to get tasks done and to a high standard.
- Positive attitude.
