Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading a dynamic team of leaders and ensuring that our service standards are met and exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage key property issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence

  • Coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance
