- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or engineering within the automation or industrial solutions sector.
- A strong commercial drive with proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage customers from all levels.
- A collaborative team player who thrives on building long-term customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing tailored commercial and technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Managing the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals and negotiations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and solution recommendations.
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitors.
- Maintaining accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions.
- Achieving sales targets and successful outcomes with key stakeholders.
